  HAND MUDRAS WORKSHOP
   Self-healing potential at your Fingertips

A SIMPLE HANDS-ON APPROACH TO

HELP YOU UNLOCK AND TAP INTO THE

HEALING POTENTIAL AT YOUR FINGERTIPS

You can learn this from the comfort of your home

via Zoom OR in person

Hand Mudras are self-help techniques that can assist and

              support you with:

  •      Solving everyday problems

  •      Gaining greater insights and inspiration

  •      Coping better emotionally

  •      Easing physical discomforts

  •      Overcoming addictions and allergies

  •      Recharging / re-energising

  •      .........................and much more

It's also a great tool for sharing with friends, family and

           clients as well.

This ancient Eastern technique is a limb of Yoga. It

involves the use of symbolic hand/finger positions

that help to direct the flow of energy to specific parts

of the brain to create balance and harmony where

needed – be it at the mental, physical, emotional

           or spiritual level.

The workshop includes some practical exercises, starts

with a couple of energising Chi Kung moves and ends

with a short Yoga Nidra Meditation.
